Pro Health

about us

Hi, I’m Cristina Kulback.

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in.
We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

I believe that healthcare should be personal, thoughtful, and centered around the whole individual—not just symptoms.

My approach is rooted in truly listening to my patients, understanding their concerns, and working collaboratively to find the best path toward lasting health. I don’t believe in jumping straight to medication; instead, I take the time to explore all aspects of a patient’s well-being and tailor care to what works best for them.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a specialization in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. With 17 years of experience in healthcare, I have had the opportunity to work across a wide range of specialties, which has shaped my comprehensive and adaptable approach to patient care. I have also mentored nursing students and nurse practitioner students for over 8 years.

For over 5 years, I have focused on Primary Care and Urgent Care, providing accessible, patient-centered treatment. Prior to this, I spent much of my career in Emergency Medicine and Trauma, where I developed strong clinical judgment, the ability to act quickly in critical situations, and a deep understanding of complex medical conditions. My experience also includes work in Intensive Care (ICU), Respiratory Trauma, Orthopedics, Surgery, Medical-Surgical care, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Home Health.

In addition to clinical practice, I am passionate about education and mentorship. I have served as a clinical instructor and mentor for both nursing students and nurse practitioner students for over 8 years, helping guide and support the next generation of healthcare providers.

At the core of my practice is a commitment to treating each patient as an individual. I strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
